Mirza Arif
Kuching City FC U20 · Piala Presiden 2026
Player Profile
Mirza’s football journey began at age four, sparked by the 2014 World Cup. A scholarship to British International School Phuket under the Cruzeiro Academy pathway took him to Thailand at 12, followed by a high-performance residency at Cruzeiro EC in Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
After captaining Kuala Lumpur at U11 and U12 and receiving a call-up to the Malaysian National U17 training camp for the AFC U17 Asian Cup qualifiers, he spent a formative season in Japan with Briobecca Urayasu Ichikawa U18. In 2026 he joined Kuching City FC’s U20 side for the Piala Presiden and also represented Sarawak in the SUKMA Malaysia 2026 U21 football tournament — a notable early elevation at the age of 17. His current contract runs through 30 November 2026.
